We can offer one-day courses or two-day courses for those who seek a more thorough introduction to the skills of movement in a frozen waterfall.

Ice climbing course:
Purpose:
Give the participants an introduction to ice climbing with practical and theoretical coursing of the methods.
The participants shall after the course have learned the basics for climbing on waterfall ice with a safety rope.
Participants must be over 16 years of age. Participants under the age of 18 must have a written and signed approval from their parents.
Pre knowledge:
You must have pre knowledge about climbing methods. You must have experience with security and use of ropes.
